Problem Starting : 1983 Suzuki GSX 750 E

Replaced plugs & checked for spark, changed oil & filter, new battery, cleaned carbs & replaced gaskets, rubber jet plug, o-rings, and adjusted float hight, checked petcock for fuel flow & gas line was wet.  The bike starts if I use starter fluid but dies as soon as the starter fluid wears off.  Seems like it's not getting fuel but pretty sure it is.  Could it be the carbs still?  What up, I just want to ride before it gets too damn cold.  Any advice would be awesome, Thanks.
