The check engine light comes and goes. The truck idles roughly and lately it as been stalling out. I've been putting medium grade gasoline in the vehicle and I've also used fueled additives that are supposed to help with higher mileage vehicles. The check engine light usually goes off shortly after filling up and putting in the additives.
