I just had Justin Johnson with wrench inc out here and he was able to solve a problem 2others gave up on. He was very nice and professional. He never gave up and did an excellent job. I was new to Shaw AFB and brought my truck to Sumter County Tire and Auto because I felt it wasnt running as well as it should. When the team of SCC finished the truck it ran like a new one. There prices were extremely reasonable and I felt like I could trust them. They are my new shop. By the way ask for the fuel injection cleaning, I cant believe the difference. Sincerely, Doug

I can't say enough about this business. Recommended by my son-in-law after an after-hours breakdown. Had the car towed in and left the key in the drop-box. When contacted inthe morning they were courteous and prompt. initial repairs were completed but there was a concern about more substantial engine damage. The owner, Todd, was very- very helpful, helping describe options and pros and cons of each. They were very patient as we weighed the options. I needed to make several follow-up calls, they always made time to answer our questions. It is hard to imagine being able to say car repairs are a pleasant experience but I have to say, our experience with Todd and the staff was as pleasant and painless as could be imagined. I will return fo all of my future car repair needs,

!!!HE WILL NOT FIX THE ISSUE BUT STILL CHARGE AS IF HE DID!!! I RECENTLY HAD A ISSUE WITH MY AUDI OVERHEATING AND I CALLED THIS MECHANIC SINCE HE HAD GOOD REVIEWS. SO AFTER SPEAKING WITH HIM HE SEEMED VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE, SO I TRUSTED HIM AND LET HIM REPLACE THE SENSOR AND A DAY LATER HE CALLS ME AND QUOTES ME 300 DOLLARS AND CHANGE FOR THE WORK AND SENSOR AND I SPOKE WITH HIM A DAY LATER AND HE RECOMMENDED ME TO GET A OIL CHANGE WHICH I ALWAYS DO AT AUDI BUT I LET HIM DO IT HE DIDNT QUOTE ME A PRICE FOR THE OIL CHANGE BUT I FIGURED IT WOULD BE LESS THAN THE DEALERSHIP BUT NO HIS OIL CHANGE COST ME ALMOST 200 DOLLARS AND HE DID NOTHING SPECIAL. UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING MONEY AWAY ON SOMEONE WHO WILL OVERCHARGE YOU TO *NOT FIX* YOUR CAR I WOULDN’T RECOMMEND THIS MECHANIC. AND HE REQUEST YOU SIGN A PAPER AT THE BEGINNING SO IF HE WANTS TO ADD TO THE BILL HE CAN PUT AS MUCH AS HE WANTS!!!

Beware!!! They charged my credit card for over 2 times the amount of purchase when confronted they said they were sorry and would issue it back. They did not give me a courtesy call to inform me this had happened, wonder what would have happened if I didn't catch it. 6 biz. days and I still have not received the refund of over charges back to my account. I will go to my bank now with the receipt and force the refund to come back.
