Killian Auto pros had just opened a location in fountain inn at the same time I was searching for a local auto maintenance and repair shop so I thought I'd give him a try with my oil change and a check over my car and for once someone did not come back with a very long list of things that needed to be repaired or replaced just recommended that I have my brake fluid changed some new tires in front of alignment which I knew all three needed to be done. So as a single woman not sure of auto repairs and if I'm getting took for a $$$ ride. I called ahead and told them that my wife's car, 2010 Chevy Impala had 2 actuators bad in the dash. I told them I have already bought 1. My wife dropped the car off and when was told it was ready went to pick it up. The bill was $160 for labor and used the part I bought. The other actuator was not replaced. We were told that they could order another actuator and charge another $160 to replace it when they could have replaced both and the same time. BAD BUSINESS. Had to choose at least 1 star, but actually deserve none.

a little over a year ago, i had this company do some work for me on my 05 kia sorento. they had my vehicle 4 different times for the same problem. they charged me over 300 dollars, the car wasn't right. so i took it back to them, this time they charged me 80.dollars, it still wasn't right. I took it back a third time, they said that their machanic had put one of the parts on backwards. Still wasn't right. took it back a 4th. when i went to pic it up they said for me to take it and see if that worked. I still had a slight shimmy in the rear end but it was better so i didn't take it back. About a month later, my husband went by there and stopped to get a bulb replaced, surely they could handle that. they wouldn't do anything for him because i was suppose to still owe them another 200 dollars on them working on my car. Well, here it is just over a yr later and guess what. the work they did was so screwed up that now i need a whole new drive shaft instead of just a simple u joint. Thanks alot machanical services.... hope this keeps some other unsuspecting person from giving you any business and you giving them the shaft...
