If you choose to purchase from Lynn Hines, be sure to do a thorough check of the vehicle especially underneath the hood. The absolute worse and most unprofessional dealership experience I've ever had. I purchased a truck in May 2014, and the salesmen and technicians at Lynn Hines knowingly put the wrong size battery in the truck before selling it. Its only been three months since Ive had the truck and Ive spent over $1000 in repairs (new battery, new alternator). After filing a complaint for negligence with the BBB, I called Chris Lawton to see if there would be a solution and when I talked to Chris he was upset that I had reported their negligence to the BBB, and he said, "had I called them first, maybe he wouldve helped me but because Ive reported them to the BBB, he wasnt going to do anything, and then he hung on up on me. Never have I been so disrespected by a business, and this will not be my first attempt in letting everyone that I come in contact with know how unprofessional and disrespectful this business is. Im a hard worker and most importantly, a mother of a 1 year old and it was important for me to have a reliable vehicle and do business with people I could trust. I encourage anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to not be fooled as I was. This dealership will not look out for your best interest. After being hung up on, it is clear that Chris Lawton doesnt care about the work his technicians do, he's only concerned with making a sale.
