I wont give them any single star... they diagnosed the A/C problem ($9... read more I wont give them any single star... they diagnosed the A/C problem ($98), told me that they found the leakage and it need a part replacement (148), after that they confirmed you will be all good. When I went next day, I came to know that 1 more leakage was found which need to be fixed for $760.... I dint go with that and thought 1 leakage is fixed so there would be some improvement... but what I got was WORST, my A/C was working a bit earlier and was cooling little bit... but now its a furnace... even though its cold outside, simple A/C fan is also given me hot air.... WORST EVER experience.... Please dont go there.... find some other good shop.

had transmission replaced was not told that the hub cap had to be brok... read more had transmission replaced was not told that the hub cap had to be broken to get tire off never heard of that happaing.i was called the following monday and was asked if every thing was ok i then told service advisor about the hub cap being broken. the service advisor told me he would get me another hub cap for my altima three weeks go by call the service advisor on 12-21-12 at 8:30 am was told he would get back with me about the hub cap 3:00 rolls around still no phone call so i go to the service department talk to the serivice manager he said that i had to eat it becouse the stud had to be broken off. I WORK IN THE SERVICE IND IF U BRAKE SOMETHING U REPLACE IT .I will not be returning to this service department for anymore service and will let ever one i know not to go ther eather thanks BILLY THOMAS 615-243-8409
