Repaired a crack in my Ford Ranger windshield. Awesome service - looks great!

They really treat you like family!!! Fair and honest. Went out of their way to help us by providing roadside assistance and trying to get us on our way. They even let us hookup to water and power and stay in the RV at their shop while they made the repairs (and fed us supper). After we were on the road and had more mechanical breakdowns, they coached us via phone until we made it to our destination. I highly recommend this family owned business. They took a true interest in our safety and travel plans. Thank you so much to all the staff at Vickers!!

Carr's Auto is the worst! Called a day ahead of time and was told $75 for a tune-up (I had the parts already) he said it would take an hour. Sounds great right? Well this is where the story takes a turn. Take it in to them in the morning like I said, and when I get there they said they made a mistake and said it would take a little longer than they initially thought. So now he tells me $128 labor. I was annoyed but agreed on that price and left my vehicle with them to get the plugs and wires done. 5 hours later I get a call, and I'm expecting them to say it's done, but instead the guy says he told me wrong and it's going to be $328!!! Said he only quotes me for wires at $128. So I told them I will take it elsewhere since other local shops quoted me $150 and said it would not take more than 2 hours MAX!!! Complete waste of time on my vacation, avoid the headache and take it somewhere else!

Need a quality repair shop? Fred and his sons, are top shelf mechanics. I have know Fred for over 25 years, and from my point of view, I wouldn't let anyone else work on my vehicle. Prices are always disclosed upfront, and they always try to save me money on the parts costs. They have worked on my vehicles numerous times, and I have never had a bad experience.
