When I got there, mr car was taken immediately back and they told me to wait in the waiting area. 2 hours later, they told me I needed a bunch of other stuff done to my car and they hadn't even started putting the tires on! Another hour and a half goes by and finally they got them on. A job that could've been done in 30 minutes took almost 4 hours. The cherry on top... Nearly twice as expensive as I have ever paid for tire install and the pricing was not upfront, just surprise, most expensive in town. Sorry, but this was my first and last experience at blue ridge.

I've been able to count on Chip and team to keep my car going. He stands behind his work and you can count on him to not lead you astray or feed you a line. I have sent my mother to him several times, now, if that can tell you anything! I think of him as extended family and also value his work. Chip, Donnie, Scott, and all are the guys you want for your auto repair.
