Imagine my surprise upon arrival to be told that the "appointment time" was simply for drop off, not service. Very disappoint to be told I could wait but it would be hours. I believe my relationship with Dave's has ended. too bad

Dropped truck off for oil change at 8am and they called around noon that it was ready. I had asked that it be ready by then so I could pick up my daughter from preschool on time.
