New quote dropped the original quote to a reasonable price. The owner is a young lady who knows and values the business. Her young mechanic learned a valuable lesson, "Don't lie to a customer" he just may know something about cars even if he does drive a S-series Mercedes. The owner deserves a second chance but you should always know what typical service go for at an agency or a neighborhood shop. The work was completed quickly and well done.
