Only after they had performed their estimate did they inform us that they would be charging us nearly $450 for the quote. Never at any point were we warned about this and never did we authorize them to perform any billable service yet in order to get our vehicle back we had to pay them. Unethical to say the least.

The cars are getting older and are starting to have issues. I can trust the team to diagnose everything correctly. On a recent visit, I was following my wife in her car. Her comment, "Autocare European, won't they be expensive?" The answer is they are very affordable. Plus on one visit they gave me a loan car. Plus, they detail the car on each visit. I am sold.
These guys are the best! Took my 06 Audi A4 in because I had a check e... read more These guys are the best! Took my 06 Audi A4 in because I had a check engine light on and it was running rough. Found them on Google so I took it in and they checked it out right away. Took me it was probably my ignition coils or spark plugs right off the bat. I left the car there and in an hour they called me back and said I had a bad coil on my #2 cylinder. They fixed it up the same day and told me if I went to the dealer it would have cost easily an extra $150 plus diagnostic charges. They were so helpful and they cleaned my car inside and out. I would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be returning whenever I have any issues.
