Julio managed to get stains out of the carpet that I thought were permanent. Although the car was dirty he took care to clean it carefully, buffed out a scratch on the side. All around great job for a fair price

I involved the owner and he was just as rude as the cashier. I'll never go back. Save your money do not go to the car wash. I'm only giving 1 star because 0 stars was not an option.
Last week I went to wash my car as I have over the last 5 - 6 years. i... read more Last week I went to wash my car as I have over the last 5 - 6 years. i recommended this carwash to my community members basd on their service on the entire compound. I was about to enter the car wash and one of the workers took the brush and broke off my jaguar emblem off the hood of my car. I have tried to get compensated for a replacedment and/or spea with the owner to no avail. The Manager (Mark) has continued to gve me the runaround for the last week. He and others are stating that because my emblem had rustunder the nood where the housing is located, they should not be liable. My advice to anyone that drives a car such as a Mercedes or Jaguar, DO NOT take your vehicle there because the staff is not responsible and/or professional enough to admit when they are at fault. I now have to seek legal representation to get a $200.00 part replaced due to their unresponsiveness.
