Let me start by saying don't ever bring your vehicle here. I can't believe they're still in business, and I can't believe I'm the first to review 

It's a really long story, but I can only use 2000 characters, so I'll give you the bottom line. They refused to acknowledge problems which they created, yet fixed them secretly when the car was brought back. Bolts and parts were missing after the work was completed. The car will not shift into gear, and makes horrible screeching, grinding, and clanking sounds when the clutch is not fully engaged. You have been warned. 2007 Mini Cooper S Turbo.
