This company is a scam. They are towing vehicles illegally, and chargi... read more This company is a scam. They are towing vehicles illegally, and charging to retrieve your vehicle. My vehicle was not obstructing traffic nor was it on private property. I had a tow truck en route, but the Fast Tow driver got there 20 minutes prior to him arriving. My daughter in law was getting the money to pay the wrecker, upon return, the car was gone. They are rude and purposely withheld information concerning pickup of the vehicle. Please avoid these people at all cost.

I will be filing complaints and writing reviews every chance I can get. I'm also considering a lawsuit because I don't think they should be getting away with this. My car was illegally towed, which is what I consider stealing. Apparently, they are in cahoots with the police department, screwing the citizens and visitors in Houston. Employees are beyond rude. They are belligerant. This site won't allow me to rate this company any lower than 1 star. It is way below that.
