Super, super high pressure sales tactics! They kept trying to get me to sign an agreement that I would buy a car from them before we even discussed a price or financing arrangements. I kept asking them the sticker prices on their cars and never did get an answer. Apparently the answer is "as much as we can get from a customer". I was upfront with them from the very beginning about how much I could afford. They showed me four different cars which I test drove and on each one gave me the impression that it would fit within my budget. In the end process when I finally did get a quote on payments all of them were way over what I told them I could afford from the start. When I told them I would not be able to make a deal with them the salesman became visibly angry and stormed out of the office. All of this took three hours of my valuable time during which I could have been looking at other cars elsewhere. Absolutely the worst car shopping experience of my entire life!
