My Honda Odyssey was shimming so bad I was afraid to drive it. I arrived at the service center ~11:30am. They said they could get to it after lunch. I mentioned that I was on my way from Lubbock to Florida. The service attendant began to attempt to solve my problem immediately. I was back on the road to Florida before 12:45pm. They were called to tow our son's truck to Ford dealership but they convinced him they were qualified and could do it for less. They caused more damage due to incompetence and charged us for their mistake. This is a hard lesson on deception to learn for a college kid.
