Amazing small-town customer service!!! Had an issue with a front bumpe... read more Amazing small-town customer service!!! Had an issue with a front bumper flap dragging making all kinds of noise due to scuffing too many curbs. Called Spencer's and even though their schedule was packed, squeezed me in and had me out within 15 mins!!! On top of that wouldn't take a red cent for their service in spite of my objections. Now I know why my daughter & son-in-law think so highly of the Spencer family, their expertise & business.
