The shop has had my parents vehicle since July 14, 2016, they took lon... read more The shop has had my parents vehicle since July 14, 2016, they took long to do the job and then gave the car to them July 23, 2016 as a complete job and got paid $1236. The car was not working right so the next day we took it back and they have yet to fix the problem. All we get are excuses and are told it will be ready tomorrow, but when we go to pick it up the next day they give excuses why its not ready and again are old tomorrow,. Today is August 4,2016 I called for status and again their answer is "tomorrow".
I went to this establishment and the tech's there where to conduct an ... read more I went to this establishment and the tech's there where to conduct an inspection of the vehicle. Never once did they honk the horn,check blinkers, windshield wipers or brake lights. They popped the hood looked at the engine for a while and walked away for a long period of time then came back with a sticker. My complaint aside from the violation of not conducting the state required checks on my vehicle is. I feel that this establishment purposely messed with my truck while under the hood. It has under 39,000 miles on it and had no engine noise what so ever prior to my visit at this Midas however now it accelerates horribly and is rattling and whistleing in the engine compartment. When I called to discuss with the owner he did not want to state his name and of course denies any wrong doing. I would stay away from these crooks. BEWARE..I only give them a one rating because you cant rate a zero on this site.
