I called and talked to Joe about installing the Amp Reseach power running boards. Joe told me to go ahead and bring the truck and boards in and he would look at them. Joe called and gave me the price and i told him to go ahead and install them. Justin installed them with no problem and had the vehicle ready to go the next day. After a year of problems with my car, Golden Rule in 24hrs had it diagnosed and repaired. I would highly recommend especially to single female car owners. For once I had repair done and didn't have to take back because something not done correct or another issue was now present. They are the Best!

Scott & the rest of the employees at this shop give excellent service. I had to get my front brakes done a month or 2 ago & they were able to provide an affordable price for me to get them done as well as have the work done while I was at work in about an hour's time. Not only was it done conveniently fast, it was done right. Then about 2 weeks ago my car was vandalized leaving both of my passenger side windows shattered. Again I had the repairs done at FT Auto & not only saved myself some struggle as well as money on the glass replacement but also recieved the same great timely service again. If there are any repairs you are needing done to your car- the right & affordable way- then look no further.

Top notch organization. I recently purchased a used Volvo and I needed a mechanic shop that I could trust. I made several requests to about 10 different shops and this was the only one that responded in a timely manner and with a professionally written quote and a phone call. This was also the farthest from my home than the others I had send inquiries to. So based on the quick professional response and a couple of phone conversations that impressed me, I chose European Auto Tech. Arthur and Caesar were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and even had my car ready the next morning. Originally they said they may have it for a couple of days, so they were actually ahead of schedule. They did find a few things that needed immediate attention and they called me to see if I wanted to proceed and didn't add any extra labor charges onto the bill. It's not really that parts for an old E-55 AMG only come from Germany and are obviously gold plated. Everything else would be a 6 Star if it was a available.
