Went in with a friend to get some information about performance tires for me, (In a car that really doesn't need them), and what options are available for my friend on a budget, and despite knowing we were information gathering and not yet ready to buy, the technician we spoke to was incredibly polite, knowledgeable, and thoroughly answered every question, including doing research and calling around. He informed of every option, without hard-pressing sales or making me feel dumb for just starting to get involved into car maintenance and performance, when I obviously am ignorant on a lot of subjects within it. Definitely coming back for whatever excuse I can, inspection, whatever. Excellent folks.

It is not always easy to find a place you can trust. Ricky and his shop are the best.. I would send my mother here. Highly recommended. He took great care of us.

We were having transmission issues with our Dodge Intrepid. It was downshifting after about 20 minutes. I could turn the car off, start it right back up and everything was fine. Since we are new to the area, we decided to go to a trusted Chrysler dealership. Blue Bonnet took us right in and we walked out the next day with $938.72 less in our bank account but at least a car that ran, temporarily. Exactly one month and around 800 miles later the car started doing the exact same thing. We called Blue Bonnet and again they took us right in. They called later that day to tell us they were going to have to replace the same part plus refurbish the entire transmission. This time it would cost us $2,200. They were not willing to give us any credit, except for the warrantied part, for the money we had already spent even though their fix this time included the exact same thing they had just done. Based on their assessment we don't really feel they took the time to look at the car and diagnose the true problem either time. Completely ridiculous and they have lost a customer for life. We just moved into the area and will never visit them to buy or fix a car again. They are a Rip Off so please everyone beware. I have never felt more like someone was trying to pull one over on me.

Because of my long,great history with y'all, I am disappointed in my most recent experience. While repairing the wiper motor there was some collateral damage to a door handle and fuel hose. As the car is over 30 years old, I know that these things happen. However, it is not reassuring to see these issues overlooked. I am not really sure how to rate y'all this time. When I pointed these issues out, y'all were extremely quick to fix them. I appreciate your fast and thorough service and hope to have future great experiences.
