I am having trouble right now with having the owner to make the necessary repairs to ensure the work is completed? I have been given the run around and still I have no vehicle. My trust in the facility as a single female has been shattered. I was hoping that I could trust a repair shop (individuals) to do what is right! I paid a fair price and I hoped for a completed repair. It saddens me to think that as a single female I have to make sure that I have a man with me to ensure that I will be treated with dignity and respect and pay for a service and receive what paid for!

Could it be that after FOUR trips, with no loaners available, my car STILL had the Service Engine Soon light go on before I got home??? They don't know what they are doing, they are rude, and they don't care. The General Manager won't return phone calls. Avoid the dealership, but ESPECIALLY the service department!
