He was on time, got the job done quick and exceeded my expectations when he found and corrected a few other issues while completing his inspection. I went into Pep Boys in Lake Worth Texas on 4/13/2013 for a standard oil change. When I walked in there were 2 gentlemen working the front desk. One of those employees was helping someone else the other was on the computer searching for information. Once he realized he could not find that info he decided to acknowledge me. I'd been standing there for about 3 to 4 minutes before he looked my direction and i was only 1 1/2 steps away from him. Against my better judgement I let them go ahead with the oil change. Customer Service is not there strong suit. I will not go back and would not recommend this establishment to any of my friends.

By far the best Automotive service on the West Side of Fort Worth. Honesty, Integrity and Friendly service are my requirements and Tilden Car Care Exceeds them all. My car was broken down and I called Teaberry Enterprises the chief mechanic and principal owner is Scott. I was very much impressed with the service that I received this is a knowledgeable mechanic and an honest one. I highly recommend this mechanic to anyone who has any car problems

This is the best automotive shop in North Texas. Most honest and reliable guys in the business. Louis has been nothing but honest and has shown me the issues with my vehicle instead of just telling me. I would travel over a 100 miles to have these guys work on any of my vehicles.
