I cannot express the gratitude we owe Rick at Rick’s RV Rentals. Of course he provided a great RV for us to rent, but he went far beyond and helped us in a time of great stress and need. He went out of his way to help us, even after delivery by calling and checking in with us to make sure we were okay. Came to house to evaluate car problem. Was leaking transmission oil. Determine it was only a hose replacement. They are a trustworthy Company. Fixed problem same day. Recommended future items to look at for near future to prevent future problems. Very friendly family.

I'm sorry put this place is just awful! anytime we've got to do any business with them it takes for ever! you call and leave a voice message, and never get a call back. you order something from their repair service and they never ever touch base with you about the time of delivery! I ordered a escape window first week of May, I had left a message every week after the shipment promise date of May 26th. with no call back. Finally I call today, he said that ups shipped it out and it finally arrived!

DO NOT BUY FROM BIG STATE!!!! Stay away for this place. You have been warned!!! After 2 months I still haven't received my title. I have called several times and still no call back. Legal action is in progress..
