They require 4.00 minimum purchase if using visa or any credit or debit card. This is a direct violation of their contract with visa and needs to be reported each time someone has this problem. I have notified Visa and the merchant/owner was incredibly rude and obnoxious and screamed at me and told me to leave his store when I disputed his claim.
