Dirve a BMW 525i - 2005 about 105K miles. just had my transmission ser... read more Dirve a BMW 525i - 2005 about 105K miles. just had my transmission serviced 01/20 (fluid replced etc. 0serviced by these guys, the owner not only had me in his office to get a quote on the price , needed 9 liters. BMW quoted 48 bucks/liter, he gave me a 20 % discount on the total price. I also had a few warning lights, that needed to be looked at, he brought me into the back plugged his computer , and showed me everything that came up. Reset a few minor lights, and no charge for that, Dealership ususally charges 85.00 to reset lights. Very good service, and I would definatelly do business again with them
As a women I feel intimidated when I have to have anything done on my ... read more As a women I feel intimidated when I have to have anything done on my car because I do not know anything about it. I was pleasantly surprised by the helpfulness of Dennis and Russ. They made me feel in control of the repair, showed me the part that was leaking and explained what it did. They did not talk down to me as a women and asked me if I had any other questions they could answer. I loved that they took me home since the car had to cool down before they could do the repair and the total bill was less then they had quoted. I have found a great new shop and will be telling all my friends about them. What a great family business. I got there just as they were doing some painting inside and they apologized for the stacks of equipment and parts outside while they finished painting during the night. When I went back the next day to pick up my car it looked so clean and bright inside. I was impressed that they had done so much in such a small amount of time. Susan Bailey
