They will tell you that due to their business liability insurance additional work must be done and that your vehicle is unfit to drive until it is done. This is a nasty sales gimmick used to con people into agreeing to unnecessary work. If your car is unfit to drive that is to be determined by the state vehicle safety inspection station you choose to take your car or truck to once a year. Friendly owner, polite and knowledgeable. Had spoken to Ray Drowne(owner) prior to going there and he assured me that the inspection would be handled correctly and with as little wait time as possible. That is exactly what took place. He even checked out a tail light that seemed to have a short at no charge (it was only a dirty connection and was fixed). I will use their services again if needed and recommend them to others.

Owner threatened a latinx woman over a matter that could have calmly been discussed. Maybe it's racism, maybe it's not, his motivation for being rude is not clear it can only be contemplated. Regardless, I'm not going to try and find out.
