I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and ... read more I came in without an appointment because my brakes were squeeling and Doug, the store manager, got me in and did a thorough brake inspection on my car. He brought me into the shop and showed me that how bad my pads had worn and it had taken a toll on my rotors. I am very appreciative not only for the great work that was done but, for how respectful all of them were to me! Thank you guys!!

Not only did the incompatant idiots remove the panel from my undercarrige to change my oil but they didnt put it back and had the nerve to tell me that they didnt remove anything. Not only am I out about $75 before x-mas I have to buy new panels and also take my car somewhere else to Make sure they did what they were paid to do ... who knows ... they might now have even changed my oil or put the fully synthetic oil I requested. Oh JOY
