Friendly staff who showed me what my BMW needed and clearly explained all the technical jargon. There price was 1/3 less than a well known chain. They wanted to charge me additional for service because since I had a Toyota truck and wanted to bring Toyota brake pads as they are far better that Carquest parts they use for the replacement. After speaking to service manager she said this was the Owners rules and because many people bring them the wrong parts that they have to penalize everybody charging them a higher labor rate. I would not take my vehicle here and recommend you don't.
