I recently took my 2002 e39 530i for service and repairs, and the service was exceptional. Great communications throughout the process, their work is impeccable and the work was done at a very reasonable and honest price. When my car's AC went out during a particularly hot spell, Victor recharged my AC quickly and it was significantly cheaper than some of the other places I've looked at. All the staff was easy to talk to and they really knew what they were talking about. Hopefully I don't have another car problem anytime soon, but when I do, I'm definitely coming back to Hermann's! -Marina Howell
