Well, never having bought a used car, we got screwed to put it nicely!!! We were lied to by the owner of RC! He knew exactly what he was selling us! We ended up buying a car that basically has to be rebuilt! Funny thing is he told us this was a great car and that he did all of the work himself to it! He stated that his nephew owned it and he knew the whole history! We are now the 9th owner of this car! When we drove it off the lot it had a completely unsafe brake system and we were lucky that we hadn't driven it anymore than we had! We took the car to a reputable shop and had them inspect the car. We are now replacing motor mounts (3), transmission mounts, entire front brake system (it has 2 different types of rotors on it), exhaust system and clutch!!! THOUSANDS IN REPAIRS! I admit, we should have been wiser! I just want others to be aware!! Ray is a snake!

I give them 2 stars because the sales rep did try on his part - but the mechanic dept. does NOT stand behind their work, and upper management doesn't either....Much better value for your money other places.
After calling around and getting help from family and friends I decide... read more After calling around and getting help from family and friends I decided to have my wifes 2009 Grand Caravan towed to Aamco in Puyallup. Actually, they towed it for free. I knew it needed transmission work, because it wasn't shifting up out of 2nd gear. They did some diagnostic stuff, which was also free, and found that the solenoid pack for the transmission was not operating properly. The reason I decided to write this review is because I don't know anything about transmissions, and they could have told me anything they wanted to, and I would have believed it. They didn't though. They could have told me I needed a whole transmission rebuild and I would have just said okay. What they did do was be honest and only recommended that the solenoids be replaced along with a transmission service. WOW!!!!! An actual honest shop. We are sooooo inpressed. Insread of $3500.00, we only paid $593.72, and the van drives as good as new. We will definatly be doing all of our repairs at this shop in the future and they get our thanks and highest recommendation.
