They told me the battery was so dead that it could not even be jump started. I have driving for over 50 years, so I knew this was total nonsense. They also quoted me a price to replace the fuel pump that was $200 more than D&L Automotive, so I jump started the car without a problem and rushed off to get it fixed by someone I knew would not rip me off. I had the battery tested and it was OK and just needed a recharge.

We are a single car family and this is our main mode of transportation. The repair was minor but could have been assessed as major which would have been very costly. I was out in 4 hours. They did a thorough check. No Scams, no pressure and honest assessment. Very kind and personable staff. Guarantees on repairs and parts. Not often I take my car to outside shops but will think more of it after this experience. This company's ethics is what America was built on. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Cooper's.
