I needed a replacement on my keyless entry due to overuse and I took it to the dealer thinking it would be something simple. The time and fee quoted seemed high and I called Moose's. The price they estimated seemed reasonable and they did the work for me. The final bill was over half less than the dealership quoted. The shop is beautiful and they focus on service. Marsha M. My car was just falling apart! With only 110,000 miles on it, I felt like it was just done. I took it to AIR and they looked it over really well. They gave me a long list and explained what needed to be done now and what should be done soon. Its back on the road and I'm saving up for the rest. I like the way they took the time to explain the maintenance and repair necessary It took some time to repair, but I like that they got it done right.

We hired Bryan to come out and install a fuel pump in our Classic 57 Chevy in early July. He promptly came out,,,,,,without calling. We had the fuel pump and my hubby (who is 80 and legally blind) had taken the old one out. We just needed Bryan to put the new one in. He did this. He hooked up the gas lines, we paid him and he left. 2 days later we went to take the car out and the gas lines were leaking badly. We contacted Bryan,,,,,,he said he was hired to install a fuel pump not hook up gas lines..????? We have been in touch for nearly a month now,,,,,he had a family emergency, he has to check his schedule, etc ,,,,,and now he won't even reply. I do NOT recommend this guy if you want a guarantee on his work.

I took my car in for a fuel pump problem. The battery was also in need of a charge. They told me the battery was so dead that it could not even be jump started. I have driving for over 50 years, so I knew this was total nonsense. They also quoted me a price to replace the fuel pump that was $200 more than D&L Automotive, so I jump started the car without a problem and rushed off to get it fixed by someone I knew would not rip me off. I had the battery tested and it was OK and just needed a recharge.
