Replace front struts was 1200 and other shops quoted in the 7-800 dollar range. Oh front end alignment was extra? Not at the other shops. Same goes for tire rotation a lot more thst other shops. Over a 150 to replce lug nuts when you already had them off? I got lugnots from Napa for 40 and did that myself. It took 45 minutes but I don't have a lift. Your cost was likely 20$ for the lugs. I can see paying for the nuts but it seems like you are double charging. Charging for a service that should be part of the work. I like the location, people and the service experience, butI can't afford the higher than average rates your shop charges

The cost of the parts were marked up 100%. I payed over $200 per hub. Cost for parts were less then $100 for 2. Future repairs with Mike’s more mileage will depend on pricing of parts used.

I hit the pay button and put in my credit card information. I didn't get any option of a firm with payment plans, instead I ended up paying the whole 1400 plus dollars and no AAA discount was applied. The website should be fixed. I was told at Silver Lake I'd get an AAA discount, on this one I didn't.
