Service stations service near New Richmond, WI

I took my college students car to Lake Elmo repair for an oil change and a headlight being out. I told the tech that the headlamp was brand new (and retested in the other headlamp) and that the problem had to be in the wiring harness. The total charge was $165. It appears they simply replugged the light in. My student told me 2 days later the “oil change” alert was still on and that the headlight was out (again). I had him take the car back to Lake Elmo Repair and they told him he would need to bring it back with an appointment. I don’t think it is fair to expect us to have to come back according to their schedule when the problem was the poor workmanship of Lake Elmo Repair. I figured the convenience of this shop would be worth it - but it’s not. I’m going back to Myron’s

Rose and Tom are experts at customer service and always have been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend taking your vehicle to Auto Works. The experience is exceptional. They are the best and set the standard.

The alternator on my wife’s van went out right before the weekend. She had plans to go out of town for the weekend but if I could not get her van fixed we would only have one vehicle. I call Bee Line Friday morning dropped it off at 12 and it was done by 3 for the price that I was quoted. Thanks Bee line for fixing the van so my wife could keep her weekend plans!

I would definitely recommend the auto shop inside of BP. This was my first time using their service as I wasn't aware that they were there, my mom recommended me. I got a tire repaired. Their customer service was awesome, their prices were very efficient and they even send a follow up text to ensure quality service and that your experience was good.
