My slow week wasn’t fixed, tire had low air pressure again the day after appointment.

I’d been to this place before and they were professional and courteous, but the next time I sent my wife in for a diagnostic on her car, they never told her what it would cost. They made a few minor repairs without asking her or telling her they would perform them and then pulled a bait and switch by giving her an estimate for other ‘issues’ the diagnostic cost us $268 dollars. Im 44 and have had more cars than I could remember and Ive never been in any repair shop that cost nearly $300 just. To be told I need to spend another $1000 and no work done aside from a few clamps as I was told was done for free. This pandemic is making some small buisness forget their morals and tell wives that their blinker fluids needs to be changed all so they can make a few dollars

I would like to thank the staff at Bonds as i was out for Train fest on Saturday.I had come out from West Allis to enjoy your city and hospitality of all invovled in this free event.So upon returning to my truck i found it wouldn't start.I tried to jump it and when that failed the good people at Bonds had one of their Mechanics come to assist me in trying to get it running.Mind you this was in the rain.Between the two of us we got it started finding out it was my starter.Was able to get back home and put a new starter in on Sunday.So thank you all at Bonds and the mechanic that braved the rainy weather.I work for a auto parts distributor in West Allis and deal with many shops may i say you have a great looking shop.Thanks again for getting me started and back on the road!!! Ryan did my head gaskets and heads 2 years ago, my 6.0 never ran better. This past week i had him put 155cc fuel injectors in w a RCD HPOP and an SCT X4 tuner, let's just say my truck runs BETTER THAN NEW! -Chad Leonard

I stopped going there because the staff was not very customer friendly, especially the older women service helpper, she was very snippy and if you questioned anything in charges she would get very rude. I recently was in a bind for oil change and was pleased to see a new manager. He was very nice knew what he was talking about and showed me all of the reasons why I needed the items replaced on my car. I will most deffinatly be going back to the quick lube there! Will always ask for Randy! Dale
