Andy's is an asset to me and my (family) fleet of vehicles. They do exactly what you want, without trying to see how much more parts or services they can talk you into. I don't worry when I take my cars to them, and I have never been disappointed.

One of his technicians backed into my car, my parked car, with me in it, cracking and stripping paint off my front bumper. The owner, Chuck Spencer, said a local auto body shop would take care of the damage. When I went there I was quoted a price. He wasn't picking up the bill. My car is damaged by one of his employees and paying for repairs is my responsibility? I guess it is, actually, because the damage was less than my deductible, thus not worth pursuing legally. Stay away! Completely self-serving and unprofessional owner. You'd be better served taking your business elsewhere.

This shop is very good for service and quick in their service. Excellent mechanics who care about their work.

front right side was making loud squealing , steering made rubbing sound when turned. frank had the vehicle's front end thoroughly inspected then test drove it again himself to make double sure of the problems. bottom line is, he replaced the problem parts and cleaned and adjusted brakes, changed oil and flushed coolant (i had a coupon) and saved me a whole lot of money. he has kept my '05 cavalier on the road and running smoothly for years and for alot less than others had charged me. glad i found this garage. he is a person you can trust and he goes out of his way to come up with cost saving solutions.

All, The Bethel Park, PA Sears took over 4 hours to install 2 tires on my car. This was after I had waited at the Sears in Washington. PA who did not have my tires in stock and sent me to the Bethal Park store which is about 45 minutes away to have my tires installed. However upon arriving I was put at the end of the line and told I had to wait 2 hours. This was even after Sears understood that I was on the road and had another 5 hours to drive and I had already waited at the first Sears store. Thanks alot Kevin for the "great" customer service.

I found their ad in St Anne's bulletin. A friend had suggested them. The tech listed what was needed for the inspection and made suggestions for repairs. Even though the cost would be high, I decided to add his suggestions. I'll be back to see them for my wife's car

Never Ever go to this place! Stay away from it as far as possible! Lamar is unprofessional and has no idea what he is doing! He told me he is the manager when i requested to speak with his superior! I had an $800 job done with them and replaced all brakes and rotors and the day I left their parking lot i had a squeaking noise! They tried to tell me because they are new but 3 mo later still same issue! Came back for them to look at it and clean it, Lamar took my pads out and was rubbing them with force on the ground/asphalt floor!!!!! Wth? Are you kidding me? After I confronted him about it he laughed in my face and told me basically that thats how they do it and that he is the one who works on cars not I! Wow!!!! Just wow!!!! After I told him he just ruined my pads even more he refused to work on my car at all and told me he is not touching it! I had to get the police department involved and their corporate district manager to get my issue resolved! This place is a joke! People who work there are uneducated in their profession! If I could put negative stars or zero stars i would have because the one star here does not justify this place!
