Auto repair service near Winslow, AR

Well I bought four new tires and I got the gold package and first off they put the wrong tire’s on my truck because I told them I wanted to get the fallen 235/85/16 and I got the 265/70/16 and they were supposed to replace the valve stem’s on all four tires but they didn’t do that, I needed a brake caliper replaced and wheel studs on the front driver side and I got to the store about 1030 am so around quarter to five the manager said they are about to close and I said they will have to get my truck fixed because I don’t have a second vehicle but he said that he couldn’t get the wheel stud’s until the next day and I told him that I would get a ride to get them and I did that so I gave them the studs and they put them on but didn’t put the caliber on so they said that I could return the next day and they would put it on so I returned the next day and they got right on putting it on and I thought it was fixing and I got down the road and traffic was slowing for a traffic light and I applied the brake but it went all the way to the floor so I didn’t have any brakes and I down shifted my truck and got it stopped at the nearest parking lot I pulled it off the road to see why I didn’t have brakes so I’m looking at the new caliper and noticed that the brake line was broke and I was also missing two of my center caps and they didn’t tell me that they had broken my brake line so I got a brake line from my friend who had a truck that was for part’s and I replaced it with no problems and I complained about my experience to the area manager and he said would a six pack of beer take care of it, and I said that I didn’t drink and I didn’t really feel like it was a joking matter, I wouldn’t refer anyone to use the plaza tire in tontitown ar because it’s not a place where you are respected or valued , but the one in Rogers is a very good and trustworthy plaza tire and they’re very respectful and trustworthy and they are very fast to get you out of there and back on the road

My experience here was HORRIBLE! My truck went in for an exhaust rattle noise, was diagnosed with a broken exhaust manifold bolt in the head. Cost almost $800. When I picked the vehicle up it had the same rattle as before, and when we crawled under it we saw that one of the bolts was still broke off!!! There were no new bolts on the manifold, they claimed they "reused the old ones". Bolts are cheap, if they took them off why not replace with new ones??? My opinion of this place is to STAY AWAY FROM HERE. They did not stand behind their work. To me, this place is a SCAM!!

Always get my Mercedes S500 serviced by Roger, he has done an excellent job all the time. I had a problem with my X5, no one other than him could fix it even the BMW warranty people could not, hats off to Roger. Karl Eureka Springs, AR

NO STARS!!! Had car towed in on a Wednesday, called for over 4 days, never an answer or a call back. Went there the following week, vehicle was out, unlocked, tore apart, with a few pieces broken under hood. Ken-the owner, never stood still to speak, walked away and just made promises to have it in the shop the next day. Again called, no answer, no call back. Went back again, this time to see car, still unlocked, this time with body damage, almost $2k worth. So I video taped everything from that point on!! Very needed if you use this shop! He lied about the damage to my car, got those lies on tape! Went another couple days without answering calls or calling back, ow, over 2 weeks later, I called a tow truck and had them come get my car. I do not recommend this Mom and Pop place, noone is there to answer calls or questions, your vehicle is not secured or locked up. This review is needed for people like me out there, that know nothing about vehicles, and people like this know this and screw customers all the time! I do not know if the 5 star review on here is a friend, cause I have a very hard time believing anyone had great service here. I had to let my insurance handle getting vehicle fixed..
