These guys are AWESOME! I called and spoke to Ryan who was really nice an knowledgeable. He came out to my home and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I have been trying for 2 months to get my car to pass emmissions and Ryan fixed my call all while I was doing laundry and cooking dinner. Being a female , we tend to get taken advatage of since most of us do not know enough about cars. With Ryan I was comforted and know he was looking out for my best interests. I just went in to have my 2007 GMC diesel 2500 Truck serviced and I paid half as much as another facility had quoted me. They found a power steering hose leaking and on top of doing my truck's service they replaced that hose all in less than one day. My truck is now ready to be used to tow my trailer out of town and I feel confident I will have no problems. Thank you to Carla and Isabel and their great technicians. You folks know your stuff! I'll be coming back to you for all my vehicle's needs.... THEY AREN'T JUST A TRANSMISSION SHOP! :)

Driving to work on a Friday I noticed a metal squeak sound coming from my 2004 Jeep Wrangler. I had other commitments on Saturday, so Sunday morning around 10 am I took my Jeep to Pep Boys on Ina and described the problem. They were very friendly and courteous and took me without an appointment. I expected to have to leave the Jeep for a few days, but around 3pm I got a call telling me they had diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate for repair. I agreed to the price and my Jeep was ready to pick up by 5pm. Did I mention this all happened on a SUNDAY and without an appointment? Later that week I checked the price with another repair shop and what Pep Boys charged was comperable. Great service, great price, HIGHLY recommended.

Frost RV has repeatedly outdone themselves in our book. We particularly are very thankful to Devin in the service department. He listens and understands what we are trying to tell him and grasps the concept quickly. We have had RV's of one type or another for many years and are very experienced so when we know something is wrong we know it, Devin is an exceptional technician and we are grateful to him each and every time we need to bring the RV in for service. We are also very grateful to Daniel who always is pleasant and greets us with genuine kindness and knowledge.

I recommend ECONO LUBE N’ TUNE on N. Oracle without hesitation. I have had both my vehicles serviced at Econo Lube for over two years now after being dissatisfied with several other service centers that either never fixed the problem or continuously tried to sell me additional services. My background includes over twenty-five years in manufacturing engineering and quality assurance functions. I am not ignorant when it comes to auto repair and how many centers will try and take advantage of the lay person. Econo Lube has two master mechanics on staff and have full auto repair capabilities. All repair services include a six month or 6000 mile warranty and they have always honored this warranty when I have had issues. The most important reason for me to recommend Econo Lube is the honesty of the owner, Shannon Briscoe.

needed new tires. Inspected the tires before I went in to pay. There were missing lug nuts. I'm like wtf. These were beautiful plated lug nuts too. no one annotated any of that on the receipt or any paper documents at all. They were going to let us drive off like that? so unsafe! management is not going to take responsibility of course because I couldn't prove to them that I drove in with perfectly good wheels. They weren't concerned about my safety. Thank god it's going to be cheap fix, cheap lesson about 30.00 I think. But I heard of stories from other walmarts where customers ended up paying +500.00 of repair technician complacency. Walmart is good for many things, but car repair is not one of them. I don't think I want to support their business anymore.

I took my car into MPG a couple weeks ago for an alignment. They told me they couldn't complete it because my front left strut mount was shot. They would need to replace the strut mount and both front struts, which would cost $825. My struts had just been changed out 18 months before (they didn't think I was smart enough to remember?), so I bought a new left front strut mount (for 20% less than what MPG was going to charge me) at a car parts store, and a friend of mine changed out. Except it didn't need to be changed out. There was nothing wrong with it. Not only did they lie about the whole need for repair--beginning to end--but they wasted a couple hours of my friend's Saturday afternoon. If I could give MPG negative stars, I would.
