These guys are AWESOME! I called and spoke to Ryan who was really nice an knowledgeable. He came out to my home and it did not cost me an arm and a leg. I have been trying for 2 months to get my car to pass emmissions and Ryan fixed my call all while I was doing laundry and cooking dinner. Being a female , we tend to get taken advatage of since most of us do not know enough about cars. With Ryan I was comforted and know he was looking out for my best interests. I would recommend them to everyone

Being from out-of-state I was concern on getting an honest evaluation on my front end problem. The noise when turning the steering wheel sounded serious. I figured it had to be a suspension problem. The mechanic at Alignment, Brake, and Suspension’s Specialists determine that the suspension was sound and that the car was safe to drive. If the noise persisted bring back the car for further evaluation. I could have been falsely charged for a fix but they charged nothing for their time looking for the problem. I highly recommend them for there honest treatment of customers.

Frost RV has repeatedly outdone themselves in our book. We particularly are very thankful to Devin in the service department. He listens and understands what we are trying to tell him and grasps the concept quickly. We have had RV's of one type or another for many years and are very experienced so when we know something is wrong we know it, Devin is an exceptional technician and we are grateful to him each and every time we need to bring the RV in for service. We are also very grateful to Daniel who always is pleasant and greets us with genuine kindness and knowledge.

This is my second time bringing my 2010 Toyota Camry for a trans fluid exchange . I like doing that a little more often than the book says as i feel it can't harm to be extra cautious as a transmission replacement is far more expensive . I feel so far a good job was done but the only thing I find is the impersonal feelings I get as I wanted to ask the Tech who did the job about the actual condition of the all synthetic fluid and when he test rode the car what was his thought on the shifting and general condition of the trans having 90 thousand miles on it now . I have a 25 plus year old car that I keep in good condition and I am guessing that its old school thinking with my Toyota that you bring in the car after a few days to have the fluid re-checked to make sure the level is where it needs to be . More Tech conversation would be nicer for the customer but i am guessing that if every customer wanted to ask the tech questions about there car then the Tech would get way behind in his work . I just wanted to mention that but feel they do good work for less than the price of a dealership .

I recommend ECONO LUBE N’ TUNE on N. Oracle without hesitation. I have had both my vehicles serviced at Econo Lube for over two years now after being dissatisfied with several other service centers that either never fixed the problem or continuously tried to sell me additional services. My background includes over twenty-five years in manufacturing engineering and quality assurance functions. I am not ignorant when it comes to auto repair and how many centers will try and take advantage of the lay person. Econo Lube has two master mechanics on staff and have full auto repair capabilities. All repair services include a six month or 6000 mile warranty and they have always honored this warranty when I have had issues. The most important reason for me to recommend Econo Lube is the honesty of the owner, Shannon Briscoe.

This so-called repair shop is a huge rip off. They will keep your car for 5 ½ weeks take the money from myself and warrantee company and not do the work. I had to tell the “manager” David I would have to report my car stolen if the work that was paid for was not completed and returned to me. I had left them neuromas voicemails with no return calls. I had one of my employees call and leave a message for work and he called him right back. The “manager\ franchisee owner call him right back to schedule work. Once I did receive my vehicle the sway bar was not reconnected they tore the seals on the transmission and told me not to come back. They clearly were trying to rip myself and my warranty company off and not perform the work they were paid to do. My car sat in their shop for five and a half weeks paid for and they chose not to complete the work and made the vehicle unsafe to drive. As a Hospice nurse transportation is vital for Terminally ill patients that I do care for at the end of their life. You need to stay away from this place run don't walk. After having my car back I kept smelling the foul odor of marijuana in the vehicle as I went through my car and found a marijuana pipe and marijuana in the car. Here in Arizona it is still illegal to possess this this could have got myself in a lot of trouble and lost my license due to their drug addicted mechanics / manager / franchisee owner truth be told this place should be shut down for poor business ethics. I spoke to their corporate office come to find out their corporate office has no control over their individual locations. I will be pursuing legal action against this location to help protect myself and the other innocent people that bring their vehicles to them.

needed new tires. Inspected the tires before I went in to pay. There were missing lug nuts. I'm like wtf. These were beautiful plated lug nuts too. no one annotated any of that on the receipt or any paper documents at all. They were going to let us drive off like that? so unsafe! management is not going to take responsibility of course because I couldn't prove to them that I drove in with perfectly good wheels. They weren't concerned about my safety. Thank god it's going to be cheap fix, cheap lesson about 30.00 I think. But I heard of stories from other walmarts where customers ended up paying +500.00 of repair technician complacency. Walmart is good for many things, but car repair is not one of them. I don't think I want to support their business anymore.
