I have been very pleased with the personableness of this comany and especially it's owner. Jamie runs a great shop and is very "accessible". In my experience, they were extremely slow in doing the work and they failed to complete their efforts until about two weeks after they said they would, then -- no kidding -- they failed to fix the problem I asked them to fix.
