I'm an independent operator/owner who struggles day to day to feed my family and pay the bills. I'm not mechanically inclined so the fear of being taken advantage of by mechanics is a constant cause for concern, so when my rig broke down on the freeway with a time sensitive load I used A-1 by a recommendation of a friend. After talking to the very helpful lady on the phone their mechanic George showed up within the hour. I was impressed by his knowledge and his concern to get me back on the road in time to make my delivery. Apparently the problem was common for my year/model of truck so he already had the parts on his service truck! I was back on the road in no time. Best of all... his price was completely fair and actually cheaper than i had expected. The guy actually offered me his lunch! Thanks A-1, I have your card on my visor and we will definitely be doing business again soon!

I am a bit surprised by the last review. These guys are great. I have never had any problems with them.
