Vic and his team have provided excellent service for my 2003 BMW 330XI for over 7 years. Without his timely response, knowledge, and expertise, I would have sold this car years ago. I trust Vic to solve any problem with the car and provide me with the best advice to economically maintain this car. Customer service is friendly and superb - I can often get my car in and out for service in a day.

Kevin Browning and his team at G & M Auto have been great caretakers of my cars for years. They have provided courteous and comprehensive service, as well as good proactive advice that has helped me to make educated decisions about the necessary repairs and costs involved. They really do own up to their motto "Get it Fixed Right!" and have been very diligent in their problem solving, making sure that everything that was a concern to me had been resolved to my satisfaction. I continue to be very satisfied!

As a 35+ year master tech and out of town shop owner it is rare that anyone else repairs my vehicles, but I can assure you that this shop is TOP NOTCH....Broke down on the freeway on a Saturday 9AM, by 3PM I was back on the road...at a VERY reasonable price!!!!Thanks again guys...Robert is a great wrench!!!! Today I went in So I can get a custom job done for my vehicle which is an Infiniti FX 35. What I wanted was to keep my Stock Screen that came with my Car so I can keep my navigation system and to keep control of my air conditioner and more. I got good advice on where that screen could go on this custom built and so I decided to remove the cupholder section and replace it with the stock screen and where the screen used to be the new Double din pioneer 2800 BS was installed. The end result turned out amazing I love it just how I pictured it I would highly recommend this place to anyone. My overall experience was great.. I'm talking about great customer service , hard-working and well knowledge people working here. After the job was done I went home satisfied but I had one thing in mind I decided to contact other audio places nearby and the prices were ridiculous.

I highly recommend this auto shop. Rolando is a very trust worthy person, what ever you car may have be sure that he will fix it. I had crashed my car, and it was pretty messed up. i took it to another mechanic and they told me a lot of parts needed to be replaced, and that it was going to coast me over 8 thousand dollars to fix. So i took it to Rolando and he made my stress go away. the damage was only about 5 thousand, i was relived. I have been coming here for over 3 years. I love this shop, he does an amazing job, and he will never lie to you. Thats one of the things that make nene stand out from the rest. So dont hesitate and go to Nenes auto repair, you will not regret it. P.S his prices are reasonable, if you cant pay right away he will try to work something out wit you. Im a very satisfied costumer, and if Rolando changes locations well i will surely follow.

They don't even know that it's "VolkswagEn" and NOT "VolkswagOn" Yet each day they see the correct spelling... Why is this?

Had taken my car to them before to have the radiator fixed. The radiator was leaking and the next day took it back and they said there was no problem. Took it back again today because it was obvious the radiator was leaking. Took the car there at 8am, called back at 1:30 pm and they hadn't even looked at the car and I needed the car at 2pm. My father went back to check what was going on and they did not want to touch the car saying someone else had broken the radiator when they were the only ones who have touched the radiator before. When they finally started working on the car they just made things worse. The hood wouldn't close right, they broke the screw for hood lock, and the hood lock cable was broken as well and now I cannot open the hood at all! Do not take your car to these people!
