We are new to Placerville and when my daughter's truck needed some repair work done our paving contractor recommended The Auto Analyst. They fixed my daughter's truck, and were very good at explaining everything so we could understand it. They were patient with any and all questions we had. They are very friendly, and made us feel like we had been a long time loyal customer even though it was our first time there. We have since used them for our other vehicles. It's nice to know that no matter how their day is going, they are always friendly and helpful. Oh, and their coffee and cookies are great too!

Worst shop I have ever been to. Don't understand what customer service is. Don't act like they care if your there or going to an RV place down in Sacramento. Did not want to deal with my extended warranty for my RV.?? I have no ideal how they are open? I would give them 0 stars if I could. Don't waste your time at idle wheels rv.

Very good service, they were able to get me in the shop at the last minute before new years eve. I will recommend them to all my friends for their auto repairs needs. I also priced the repair work at Big-O tire store in Placerville and Big-O was twice as high as Advanced Mobile repair. Ken

I have never had a windshield replacement before so i was reccomended to go to dnk auto glass. they where very helpful and informative about my windshield replacement. The lady running the place was really nice and kept me company the whole time. I don't want to buy another window but i would like to go by there again. So if you want a family owned and operated business go here it was such a great expirence
