I can't say enough about Bill's. They are truly amazing. We're all too aware of the horrible reputation "auto shops" have had for years and we're also turned off by the grotesque price gouging you get from dealerships. You guys rock! You picked up the car from our home, took care of biz, texted me a pic of an update. I called and told me that the running light actual holder/bracket burnt out. All in all, still $100 to repair about and you guys dropped it back in the afternoon. Super nice, super convenient with all that's going on with quarantine. I took my SUV to the dealership for 10 years for its routine service, then (once the warranty wore off) I wised up and decided to visit a shop instead. My dad recommended Bergin's, and I'm so glad he did. These guys are the best. From the customer service to their expertise, I don't believe it gets any better. They're always efficient and communicative. They've given me a heads up to expect to have to replace/repair XYZ during my next oil change, which is so extremely helpful with budgeting.
