I took my SUV to the dealership for 10 years for its routine service, then (once the warranty wore off) I wised up and decided to visit a shop instead. My dad recommended Bergin's, and I'm so glad he did. These guys are the best. From the customer service to their expertise, I don't believe it gets any better. They're always efficient and communicative. They've given me a heads up to expect to have to replace/repair XYZ during my next oil change, which is so extremely helpful with budgeting. The smog and oil change prices seem very competitive for the area. Don't waste your time with the dealership or any other shop--just go to Bergin's. Kate O. Camarillo, CA

Mario is knowledge and ready to help you to get your problem fixed. As always i have been taking my work to him almost 10 plus year, he handles my fleet with care. If you own sprinter take it to him in the area, will be lot less than the dealer. He got good team of mechanic and they are ready to help you.. good communication.. I can't say enough about Bill's. They are truly amazing. We're all too aware of the horrible reputation "auto shops" have had for years and we're also turned off by the grotesque price gouging you get from dealerships. Neither of these realities pertains to Bill's Quality Auto. These guys are Top Notch. They maintain the highest AAA Standards and the community just loves them. They are so amazing, honest and highly trained that they are THE recommended automotive care facility for The 805 Foundation. You guys rock! You picked up the car from our home, took care of biz, texted me a pic of an update. I called and told me that the running light actual holder/bracket burnt out. All in all, still $100 to repair about and you guys dropped it back in the afternoon. Super nice, super convenient with all that's going on with quarantine. I left a positive review on Yelp and posted on Nextdoor that you guys are open. You should maybe let me people know your max radius for pick up/drop off - not sure if it is noted anywhere, luckily I'm just down the street. Thank you! -Jeff

Worst service ever. Canceled several times, costing us money each time. Then the guy didn't know how to operate the crane had to call people. Didn't even know how to turn it on. Complained the whole time and made the client uncomfortable. Then didn't deliver and took the product he was transporting. Hung up on me when I asked him questions and said the owner said he couldn't deliver them. Wouldn't answer my calls. Called their office. They didn't know anything about it. Also Glen, the owner didn't know either. Worried he was stealing our product, since he was lying about talking to the owner I went to their yard. First thing he does is threaten me, then threaten to destroy our product and leave it in the street for someone else to take. Had to get the police involved so he wouldn't bash it with a fork lift and had to park my truck in between him and the fork lift. I had to have the police come and had to intervene as no one in the office knew what was going on and the guy he claimed was the owner, was not the owner, just a coworker. When they came to deliver it, again they spent more time between 2 people trying to figure out how to work the crane and had to call someone in Arkansas to help them. Took hours when it should of taken minutes. And another cost to me having to be home a 5th day for no reason. Never got an apology from the owner and I can't recommend them. How do 2 people work at a crane company and not know how to run it between the 2 of them? Then they threatened to file a lien without sending me an invoice. Worst experience I've ever had in my life. Take your business elsewhere if scheduling and experience is something you need. I feel like they should be paying me for this job.

Again ABC steps up to the plate! I had what amounted to a dashboard warning light (and some kind of high-pitched squeal from the engine), just prior to a long-distance trip with my BMW X5. Hugo and team moved me up the line to get it sussed out, figured it was a loose gas cap, sent me on my way under the quoted price and 24 hours ahead of schedule. I trust these guys - TRUST.
