All Keys Diesel Repair removed our Generator from our Boat on Oct 23, 2015 for a broken bearing in the back end unit, Stated it would be reinstalled in 1 week. 1 month later it was reinstalled and they broke off a brush during re-installation. Part ordered. 1 1/2 weeks later brush was installed and generator lasted less that 5 hours. Generator was pulled again. 2 months later generator was re-installed and lasted 15 days. In the process, shorting out all 14 brand new house batteries and a $5,000 invertor. Contacted All Keys Diesel mechanic via facebook since we were in the Bahamas. He gave me suggestions on things to try which did not work. Contacted All Keys Diesel mechanic by phone exactly 90 days from re-installation and he asked me to try something else which did not work. Contacted the owner and he stated it was no longer in warranty and my contact with the mechanic did not qualify for "notifying the company" so he would not honor the warranty. I am out of over $10,000 out of pocket and have not had a working generator for 8 months. They will lie to you continuously. DO NOT USE ALL KEYS DIESEL or Keys Diesel or Florida Keys Diesel as they all appear to be the same company

Very knowledgeable and helpful for all type of automobiles. On a recent trip to Key West my Mercedes convertible top refused to close properly and he went well beyond the call of duty to get me in immediately and solve the problem with no appointment thus saving my vacation. You won't find a place anywhere that will provide service like that anymore. He works on all sorts of vehicles including exotic vehicles and is one of the most knowledgeable mechanics that I have ever met. I could not recommend a better mechanic and body shop anywhere.

DO NOT RENT A SCOOTER HERE! We rented a 2 scooters at this place last week. One was fine... the other a piece of crap. If I had been there, I wouldnt have taken it. My wife rented it. It came with a screwdriver to use to open the seat... We rented it at 2pm, and got to use it til 6pm. We parked it, went into a few places and came back at 9:30pm. The thing would not crank at all. DEAD!. I left it. I called them several times.. no answer. finally got them the next morning around 8:30. They went and picked it up along with the ticket left on the scooter for being parked in a no parking zone after 6am. Victor had the nerve to tell us that we ran the battery down by trying to start the thing with the kill switch on. I have been riding motorcycles for years....Come on Victor, your and idiot! so ... long story short, we got to use the scooter for about 3 hours, and this guy only gave us $30 back.... and insulted us to boot. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. He deserves to be ran out of business! As stated above, you have been warned.... wish my wife would have read the reviews before she rented.

Warren Cooper called me 2:30 pm to tell me my car was ready and he clarified payment with the insurance company (I was there after an accident) and I could take my car anytime. I was there at 330 pm, his wife handed me the completed work order (she handles the paper work), Warren handed me the keys and I left the office. When I got in the car I noticed the gas light was on, when I know there was three quarters of a tank of gas when I dropped it off. I went in to ask about this, Warren followed me out to the car, took the keys from me to check the gauges and then shoved me out of the way, told me he wouldn't let me have the car unless I paid him cash - even though the insurance company was paying him with a check. He shoved me again, took my purse off the passenger seat, threw it at me, shoved me away from the car again and told me he wanted cash. I had to call the sheriff to the shop in order to get my car. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! Especially women!!!
