Made costly repairs to my elderly parents truck. Then decided the engine block was cracked. Made my dad pay them $400 bucks and give them the truck. I’ll be filing complaints with BBB and the Department of Consumer Affairs. Not to mention I’ll be telling everyone I know how they run their business.

When traveling to Florida from Indiana on spring break with my two small children we had an unexpected delay of the altenator going out on my car. Jeff and his staff were wonderful! They had us fixed up and even checked the oil and we were back on the road before lunchtime. They were great to work with and their price was better than other repair shops I called around town. Jeff and his team went above and beyond to get us taken care of! They made an unexpected pain on our vacation painless. They were awesome, I cannot praise them enough!!!!

Stay away! I have a 1999 gold edition gts Subaru Legacy kept in a garage for last 13 years (dash is perfect). Geigo insurance uses Roundtree for claims and in Dec 12 I was told to leave my car for 5 days. when I dropped my car off I asked the front desk woman if she would mind asking the mechanics to replace the window sun shields when the car is parked in the lot, her reply was that the mechanics may have to move your car 15 times or more and they can t be bothered by dealing with window sun shields . I came back 5 days later and found that the car was never moved. I should have never left it. I have since taken my car to another auto body shop. If you care about your car do not take to someplace that does not. Can t comment about the ability of the mech s but if the front desk is any indication I suggest you go elsewhere.
