Andrew's recived my truck on monday around closing time, called me wednesday to let me know what was wrong with it. I needed a whole transmission rebuild. I agreed to let them fix it, and was ready by friday around closing time. Simply the best car service I have ever experienced. Professional, reliable, dependable and an awesome warranty. Gulf Breeze Automotive has provided excellent service on our two cars, including solving a recurring electrical problem a blower motor that the dealer and another repair shop were unable to solve. I give them my highest recommendation.

My car was making a funny sound when I Would get into it when it was cold and go to take off but when I got home and Ohio there was a crossmember bent that was pinching everything so therefore it made a horrible noise. My car did not need an alignment. I did need a tire but the crossmember needed fixed, and when they had it up on the lift, they should’ve been able to fix it and not charge me $550 for two new tires and alignment when that’s not the problem.

I made a 1 o'clock appointment to have some electrical work done on my 2015 Ford E class 450 . When I arrived on time, I was told they didn/t have room to work on my vehicle. Very when they saw on the computer that I had given them all the information they needed. I was told IF he had seen it on the computer he would have called me. So much for keeping track on what is going on in the shop. Once I saw my vehicle was not going to be worked on I told the manger I needed help getting my vehicle out of his lot. I was told OK. I went to my vehicle and waited on someone to guild me out of where I was Parked. No one came, I went back in the Lobby, there were three workers seating in the office. Then said with a loud voice " If you are not going to work on my vehicle, I need help getting out. One of the workers got up and helped me get out. Customer service did not exist for me. I chose this place because they advertised, they could do what I needed done and they had a 5-star rating. So much for their rating.

I’ve been a customer here for 7 years now, and am always very pleased with the service. But today, today was completely different. I pulled in, and right away the employees were a little hostile with a van owner. I didn’t get the context, but was taken aback at how they were speaking to this gentleman….I originally thought, “Huh? Maybe the customer was being ridiculous. ??????? ” But then I pulled into the bay. A different guy started gathering my information - and I interrupted him stating, “I should be in the system.” - and did it with a smile, of course. ?? The guy responded “Well first off, we’re a new company, and have taken everything over. Prices and everything have gone up. If you don’t want to give us your information, I’m happy to let you go, so you can go somewhere else.” ???????????? Wtf????? I thought for a second, then asked “We’ll how much are the price differences. He spouted out all the new prices and I then said, “Well sir - I think I WILL take my business elsewhere.” The price was $20 more than I paid at my last visit. So yikes ?? but that wouldn’t have mattered if he had been polite in any manner. I still need an oil change. He started to walk away, but before I pulled out of the bay, I asked him back over to my window- and said “Just from a customer service standpoint - you might not want to tell your customers they go somewhere else. In case you’d like to learn something today.” He quickly rolled his eyes, walked back to the front of the car, and motioned me out as he yelled to the guy below “She doesn’t want service.” While pulling out, another vehicle (a work truck) was pulling in next to me - and the employees trashed him and his driving as he was pulling in. Overall - those men were all jerks. Within 10 min, I witnessed 3 different employees talking trash and acting like pure jerks straight to the customers and they created an environment I wish to be NO part of.

BEWARE OF THESE TWO GUYS! They will charge you and screw up your car for someone else to fix. Check the better business bureau for their complaints. Once they mess up your car, they will do nothing to resolve.

I needed a new auto shop on the NE side of town. I heard great things about Bob's - they delivered. Prices are higher than the old shop that I had, but the shop is in a great location so I expect to pay more for convenience. They gave me a thorough report on my aging car, and said it was in great shape. I would highly recommend these guys!

Did the repair for less than expected and completed the repair quicker than expected. Couldn't be happier with the results.

I took my car to two different places to see what a noise was. Both said I needed a rebuilt transmission and one place was going to charge me around $4,000. I wanted a second opinion. I brought it into this store and I believe his name was Bryan, said he would check it out for me. They not only checked it out for me thoroughly, they found the problem, moved the tires around to make sure and gave me the wonderful news that my transmission is ok for now, it was a bad tire. I promise that when our cars need work, I will come back here! Everyone was so nice and truthful. I really respect this place and recommend it to anyone having motor problems.

I took my car to several other shops for a problem with my interior light blinking and to no avail they could never figure out the problem. The problem started getting worse and actually started to drain the battery to the point that car would not start. After spending several hundreds of dollars I was ready to just trade the car in. I was talking to a friend about the problem and she suggested that I take it to Dave at Auto Docs , she told me I had nothing to lose he won't charge me dime if he couldn't find the problem. So I figured it couldn't hurt. I called Dave at Auto Docs and he said bring it by when I can leave it with him for a day. I dropped my car off Monday morning at 8 and he was nice enough to give me a ride to work which was awesome . we had a little time to talk and he actually explained some of the systems that could be causing the problems in a way that I could totally understand him. Three hours later Dave gave me a call and told me it was the body computer causing all the problems. Dave found a used one , which saved me a ton of money and had me fixed up later that afternoon. Thanks to Dave at Auto Docs I don't have a new car payment and I can drive my little car till the wheels fall off of it! Susan B.

I visited ProFast Auto on Palafox St behind Walmart. They were quick and courteous. I have dealt with ProFast for over three years for all my car needs and I have always had honest upfront service. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to deal with a shop who cares about their customers.

On 4/25/15 my car would not start. Mechanic from AAA recommended a new battery. Mechanic from chain auto parts store said I needed an alternator. Contacted Express Oil on 9th Ave. They could do the work tomorrow, but suggested I take car by their location on 9-mile Road to have it looked at and confirm I needed an alternator - as I live near Pine Forest Road to save time and gas (ie money). Mike Cottrell, manager was fantastic. He had my car tested immediately - checked out everything - do not need battery or alternator. WOW - talk about honesty and service. I highly recommend Express Oil and would also like to thank Charles at the 9th Ave. location for his time and trouble. It was the best experience regarding having work done on my car - great job!

Robert Tau Automotive (now known as Rob's Corvettes & Classics, LLC) just completed a job for me on 6/20/16. My 2001 Toyota Camry CE would turn over when I tried to start it, but it wouldn't keep running, it would just die. I had it towed to Tau's shop and they diagnosed it as needing the Idle Air Control cleaned. They had it repaired and ready to pick up that afternoon. Several members of my family have taken their vehicles to Tau's shop and have raved about the quality of service and fair pricing. I, too, am a fan and will continue taking my vehicle to them for repairs.

Frank Benson has been working on cars, that I know of for 30+ years. The guy is the best mechanic in town, fair prices, and will not sell you something you don't need. I take all my vehicles there.

I knew my AC repair was going to require taking the dash out of my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee to access the leaking part. He gave me an estimate and explained that there may be additional expenses but wouldn't know for sure until they got into it. I told him to go ahead and replace the heater core while he was in there since it was old too. He was done on time and budget for the job. I came to them again for another issue which he fixed. I would recommend John at Discount Muffler and Brake. He did my exhaust system on another car several years ago as well and it was a very professionally done.
