Gulf Breeze Automotive has provided excellent service on our two cars, including solving a recurring electrical problem a blower motor that the dealer and another repair shop were unable to solve. I give them my highest recommendation.

I made a 1 o'clock appointment to have some electrical work done on my 2015 Ford E class 450 . When I arrived on time, I was told they didn/t have room to work on my vehicle. Very when they saw on the computer that I had given them all the information they needed. I was told IF he had seen it on the computer he would have called me. So much for keeping track on what is going on in the shop. Once I saw my vehicle was not going to be worked on I told the manger I needed help getting my vehicle out of his lot. I was told OK. I went to my vehicle and waited on someone to guild me out of where I was Parked. No one came, I went back in the Lobby, there were three workers seating in the office. Then said with a loud voice " If you are not going to work on my vehicle, I need help getting out. One of the workers got up and helped me get out. Customer service did not exist for me. I chose this place because they advertised, they could do what I needed done and they had a 5-star rating. So much for their rating.

I couldn't ask for friendlier staff. Jason helped me with my 08 Honda Civic. Had a transmission leak that he took care of it super fast AND at a GREAT price. I highly recommen

I purchased a used vehicle and dealer has denied any repairs within the first 30 days of purchase. Within first week a crack on windshield became noticeable. Dealer declined repairing. Safelite informed me crack has been there and was covered up so I had to replace the entire windshield within first 7 days. Then brakes began to squeak loudly and transmission wasn't shifting properly. Had a second opinion for these issues and found rust on brakes and that transmission fluid had been over filled. Brought car back to dealer on the 23rd day and was denied repairs again citing nothing is wrong and that rust is expected and that second opinion people are wrong. I know there are problems with the car cause I'm driving it! To be denied help within the first 30 days of purchase is just wrong. Clearly these issues were there and weren't disclosed to me at purchase or covered up so I wouldn't notice at time of purchase. My warranty cannot cover repairs for pre existing conditions. Now I'm paying for repairs that should have been made by the dealership.

Awesome shop, full of knowlege, and only fixed what needed to be, ( no add ons with this shop ) The Master Mechanic Patricio, is nothing less than awesome, he diagnoised and repaired my cummins in a very timely manner, Rachel is awesome to deal with she called and went through all the details of the repair and the billing, Thank you guys, I would recomend them to anyone with a deisel in need of a honest shop, thank you Jack & Jo Owens

I've been at the mercy of my car before and I've never been a fan of major car repairs & the maintenance bill that follows.... Mack's Auto-Tech Inc. to the rescue. This place is OUTSTANDING!!! It felt amazing to feel safe in giving my business to such a truly personal team of individuals.
