Andrew's recived my truck on monday around closing time, called me wednesday to let me know what was wrong with it. I needed a whole transmission rebuild. Probably THE best business I have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with. Period. First took my van there in 2007 for an A/C problem, and a few months later I knew what a true gem they are when I needed a radiator repair they had the specialized equipment to do, which anyplace else might mean a long repair and big bucks. I (and my wallet) were very pleased: it was fast and affordable. That has continued over the years - every repair experience fast and affordable. They do the job right, AND take the time to explain the needed / recommended repairs, and the impact if you decide not to so them or delay them for a while. Gulf Breeze Automotive has provided excellent service on our two cars, including solving a recurring electrical problem a blower motor that the dealer and another repair shop were unable to solve. I give them my highest recommendation.

My car was making a funny sound when I Would get into it when it was cold and go to take off but when I got home and Ohio there was a crossmember bent that was pinching everything so therefore it made a horrible noise. My car did not need an alignment. I did need a tire but the crossmember needed fixed, and when they had it up on the lift, they should’ve been able to fix it and not charge me $550 for two new tires and alignment when that’s not the problem.

I made a 1 o'clock appointment to have some electrical work done on my 2015 Ford E class 450 . When I arrived on time, I was told they didn/t have room to work on my vehicle. Very when they saw on the computer that I had given them all the information they needed. I was told IF he had seen it on the computer he would have called me. So much for keeping track on what is going on in the shop. Once I saw my vehicle was not going to be worked on I told the manger I needed help getting my vehicle out of his lot. I was told OK. I went to my vehicle and waited on someone to guild me out of where I was Parked. No one came, I went back in the Lobby, there were three workers seating in the office. Then said with a loud voice " If you are not going to work on my vehicle, I need help getting out. One of the workers got up and helped me get out. Customer service did not exist for me. I chose this place because they advertised, they could do what I needed done and they had a 5-star rating. So much for their rating.

I've been at the mercy of my car before and I've never been a fan of major car repairs & the maintenance bill that follows.... Mack's Auto-Tech Inc. to the rescue. This place is OUTSTANDING!!! The staff are on a higher level! The first impression was family,friends and just all around helpful! The staff was more than helpful in explaining what repairs I needed and why I needed them. Diane, at the front desk and Ashton, the shop manger were so warm and inviting. It felt amazing to feel safe in giving my business to such a truly personal team of individuals. Motorhome would not run very well we thought it was coil packs going out V10 motor, We took it to Jack, he discovered the catalyst converter was clogged choking the motor down. Then after he replaced the converter, he was able to tell it was the PCM. Jack knew that if he replaced this expensive part without finding out what caused it to go bad that it could happen again. Even though he could make the money and replace the part, he told us it had to be diagnosed by a Ford Dealer. Very Honest Dealer!!!!!

Excellent Service work every-time.

John Fahr said he could rebuild my transmission, and has failed to do so after he pulled and worked on it three times, he also says now that my car is old and worn out. After he pulled the tranny the third time he said he was going to have to replace it but he has never tryed to do so and now says the warranty is up, well as far as I know a warranty never starts unless the repair is done rite and the car was nevere fixed to begin with. I have also now sent the car to Georges Transmission and he says it was not repaired properly if it was just rebuilt as the tranny does not have 10,000 mile on it since John had it out last. They did the whole thing in 1 day. I had my car back the next day after the engine came in. Perfect! They had the cheapest price in town and mechanic Chris is really through and probably the best mechanic in town. He has every just about every ASE certification you can have. I didn't have to wait and I didn't have to rent a car.
